Hello,
I need to find out more specifics about Section 181. I live in Georgia, and have had a music producer instruct me to find out about this tax law and to see if it is still applicable and if it pays out quarterly or annually. In my reading, I saw that it went out of date Dec. 31, 2011, unless the law was extended; however, I have not seen anything written to that effect. Please advise or point in the right direction.
